Discussing / Designing basic structure of the application.  
Creating Github and Docs

Contract Prototype for Testing the contract interaction.  
Basic frontend to interact with the contracts.

If design works in real world. How to attract user (USP?)

As a hackathon initiative, we’re focused on making it work first. As part of a follow up, we’ll dive into customer acquisition with the help of affiliated advisors, who are from the judging panel. They can help in a number of ways.

Thanks for your feedback. Yeah that’s a concern for a later stage.

I articulated it badly. I meant it more as a design decision, how we set us apart from the competition. I’ll try to get a hang of one of you guys at some point, to get some feedback on our concept! 🤗
