# Grow and keep validators with Harmony ONE

I have recently posted a topic to the harmony reddit page to get a sense for the interest from the community if they felt we should grow the validator count and the incentives/ mechanics to do that.

There are some great proposals in suggested by members of the community, but almost unanimously, it feels like everybody agrees that we need more validators, and the way to get there needs rebalancing of how current AYP.

One thing is clear, we will not be able to solve this amongst ourselves as validators, nor does it make sense to vote on this. Please have a read and share your comments.
