# Harmony EU server is non-responsive

I have been trying to create transactions all day and they are failing. I’m in Germany and when I ping `api.harmony.one` it resolves to `api0.eu.main.t.hmny.io (18.193.30.104)` which times out. I have validated this from multiple machines and internet connections.

In the US pinging `api.harmony.io` resolves to `jfk-do.api.harmony.one (161.35.253.108)` and is responsive.

Has this server been taken down and CDN’s not been updated to point to available servers?
