# Harmony One Tokens missing from Harmony wallet

Greetings to all!  
Forgive me for my ignorance but I am in the search of guidance.  
I had transferred One tokens from hotbit. (as i have before)  
The transaction is shown as complete on hotbit but the funds are missing in my wallet.  
I am unable to find the txn ID on the harmony explorer as well. Very confused.  
Any guidance would be very appreciated!
