# HELP - 1BTC Issue Transaction on BTC Bridge failing repeatedly

I transferred in BTC to the BTC Bridge and it’s sitting in a vault. I’ve tried to execute the Issue order to convert it to 1BTC, but the transaction keeps failing. It’s failed 14x now. I tried changing the GWEI but didn’t help. I’ve submitted tickets to support but still awaiting a response, so I figured I’d ask in here for help. I successfully did a bridge transfer just 3 weeks ago, so i know it should work with my wallet.

I did post on Discord but a bunch of guys kept DMing me suggesting I needed to validate my wallet, but none of them have verified roles in the server and I’m not about to get rekt for a little BTC by clicking on a link in a DM. Hoping someone from Harmony can help me fix this though, cause I’ve just flushed 3 ONE down the drain for nothing and am tempted to never use this protocol again after this experience…
