Ideally, if this passes, it would be included with other already-approved staking dashboard improvements as part of a [bounty](https://talk.harmony.one/t/outstanding-hip-proposals-require-development/10324/5).

[Soph has said](https://talk.harmony.one/t/hip-22-show-all-eligible-by-default-on-the-staking-portal/5810/15) that staking dashboard UI changes do not require Harmony feasibility review.
