**What is Hotel’s DAO?**
Hotel’s DAO is a community project. In the first place in this project we are planning the purchase of a hotel with incoming investments.
A part of the income from this hotel will be given as a reward to the owners of the NFT. In hotels owned by Hotel ’s DAO, as a result of the provision of certain conditions, free accommodation, entertainment, etc. it is an initiative where they can benefit from activities.
**What is the Purpose of Hotel’s DAO?**
Its purpose is to make it easier for middle- and low-income people to take a vacation. While providing holiday opportunities to its investors, events will also be organized and holidays will be given to ordinary people who have not invested.
At certain times of the year, there will be events for ordinary people in the hotels located on the site of Hotel ‘s DAO, and there will be serious discounts on the price compared to other hotels, and even a small part will be provided with free holidays.
**What is Hotel’s DAO Assembly?**
Hotel’s DAO Assembly; An assembly will be established in which not only our team, but also our investors will have a say in the progress of the project.
**How does Hotel’s DAO Assembly Work?**
Decisions to be taken for the project will be submitted to the parliament of the owners of the NFT and adopted as a result of ensuring a majority of votes. (Decisions on the progress of the project will be taken in the parliament.)
**Distribution Of Earnings**
At the end of the month, the profit of all investments in the project will be calculated and;
50% belong to NFT owners,
30% of the Project Treasury,
20% will be distributed to the Team.
**What is the Project Treasury?**
The financial assets that will be collected to the treasury will help make new investments and help the project grow. For example, hotel investments, investments in subsidiary sectors, etc. are included in these investments. will be found.
