Hello Harmonauts!

We are happy to announce that we formed VoldemDAO and It’s Community.

We defined _ **mandates** _ and asked _ **Community to nominate** _ their candidacy in this proposal : [VoldemArt DAO](https://talk.harmony.one/t/voldemart-dao/11737)  
We formed snapshot and the voting is now active [Snapshot](https://snapshot.org/#/voldemdao.eth/proposal/0x051efe0c7a61d68028b9996ca741432f5cae98740782c7f52e2d569c1feffa3d)

We also formed a Multisig for DAO and will add governors after voting end! 0x650F8b516a0e98B5bc8c79B3167586a2b2Eed693

We are requesting the release of:

> $10K after forming a DAO with its community, and

KYC have been completed before and we filled the application form for grant release.
