# Itez: flat on ramp for Harmony

## Proposal overview
Fiat on ramp to Harmony’s ecosystem. Users from 140 countries will be able to buy Harmony tokens with Visa and Mastercard bank cards and use it in all Harmony’s projects.
[Itez.com](http://itez.com) is operating by licensed Estonian and UK companies and started it’s operations in 2018, with the team members being active in crypto since 2014. This collaboration will help Harmony access Itez’ 140K-user base and a larger 5M-user network of our partners. It will be possible to purchase Harmony with a bank card from [140 countries](https://api.itez.com/api/public/countries) where Itez is active and be paid for in 35 fiat currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, UAH, INR, KRW, TRY, KZT, AUD and others). In addition to supporting Harmony, Itez already sells Bitcoin, USDT - Tether (ERC-20, TRC-20, TIP-3), Ethereum, Tron and Matic (Polygon). The legal and financial risks related to providing a payment solution such as chargebacks, rolling reserve, fraud prevention, and customer support will be taken by Itez.
For 1 stage of integration we need 49.000 USD in Harmony tokens. This stage includes:
Research, analytics, development, testing, debugging, release, testing in production, running full / light node, source the token price, store liquidity on Harmony’s blockchain.
We need technical documentation, and 1 hour of technical specialist, who can make a short intro about Harmony technical specifications.

5 weeks to launch Harmony on itez
140K itez users will be able to make a purchase Harmony directly (without paying bridge / gas fees)
Itez partners network with 5 mln. user base will be able open Harmony’s purchases with bank cards

Thanks for your question.
- First of all it’s an acceptance rate! We have acceptance rate more than 80% with fully KYC users.
- We have lowest fee on market by paying with bank cards.
- We support all types of bank cards issued by Visa and Mastercard - debit, credit, prepaid, virtual.
- We accept 36 fiat currencies. _It means that the users will not pay FX rate for his bank paying f.e. in Turkish Lira or Korean Won._
- We don’t hold rolling reserves of our b2b partners.

**We achieve it by holding Merchants ID in each of this fiat currencies on our accounts in payment providers. So, when the user choose fiat currency of his bank account, which is supported by itez, the operation will go through this fiat currency**
_2. Do you have a table of your competitor fees when you’re referring to ‘lowest fees’?_
Yes, our fee is 3.9%
We’ve prepared a table with current rates.
_3. Acceptance rate of 80%, what is your KYC process?_
**To proceed a KYC, user needs to make a liveness selfie and make a picture of his document (mostly it’s a passport or driver licence).**
