@HarmonyUniverse thank you for submitting this proposal. We are reviewing your proposal at this time. Questions - Can you also describe your background and who else will be contributing to this effort (blockchain dev, UI/UX design, etc.)? - Can we aim for higher user acquisition count in 4 to 8 weeks (10K+) See [Guidelines](https://open.harmony.one/300m-on-bounties-grants-daos/apply-for-grants-or-dao#block-4b12f0a770f84d8fb2c43ec6792a0849) - **100 Grants ($20M).** Recipients of each grant must have achieved product-market fit. Harmony helps scale these thriving projects via porting to our mainnet. We recommend $50-250K each over 4-8 weeks, on projects already with active 10K users, and engaging their teams in public forums. Prime areas of market growths are Play-to-Earn games, musician fan clubs, investment DAOs, portfolio dashboards, and event and collectible curators. Thank you! ---

Hi Jacksteroo, thank you for responding! - I have been in the Harmony community for the last 4-5 months and been active across multiple communities; mostly in Telegram and sometimes in Reddit. I now also own the formerly names Arbiter Guild (now rebranded as Harmony Universe) for yield farming. In addition to this, I am currently working on creating a battle themed game where players will use NFT based swords and armor to fight. - At the moment, the team involves myself and another web3 developer who also has experience in blockchain development. If this grant goes through and with the expanded team, we will include another team member for graphic design and UI/UX delivery. -10K+ users after 6-8 weeks is an achievable target within the timeframe, but that will mostly depend on wider adoption. The funds that will be received for this grant can be utilized for marketing and wider adoption through various existing portals to bring in more traffic and organic adoption. Thanks again and please let me know if there are any other questions. I am happy to meet the Harmony team on a phone or video call as well, if that is deemed to be necessary. Thank you. ---

The Harmony Universe project will focus on these 4 project goals as immediate milestones for our launch for the purpose of this application: 1- Ability to rate and review projects by the community 2- Ability for community members to tip other members who leave reviews 3- Ability for project owners to submit their projects to us for code verification and if they choose to do so, doxxing themselves to get “featured” stamp on the website 4- 10K+ user adoption in 8-12 weeks 5- Creation of DAO for the project direction ---

we should use the launch framework, in this case: - $10K after launching a feature-complete product on our testnet 1- Ability to rate and review projects by the community 2- Ability for community members to tip other members who leave reviews - $10K after mainnet launch 3- Ability for project owners to submit their projects to us for code verification and if they choose to do so, doxxing themselves to get “featured” stamp on the website - $10K after forming a DAO with its community, and [same] 5- Creation of DAO for the project direction - $20K for after 10K users. [same] 4- 10K+ user adoption in 8-12 weeks ---

Wow! Great job to Harmony Universe. It’s hard to overstate the value in making it easier for people to navigate on chain. It can be very daunting and intimidating especially if you’re new to the space. Good on Harmony Universe for making it easier for old and new Harmonauts! - The OneCanNFT Team ---
