Metatr.one is the Defi NFT run by MetaPunks on Harmony mainnet. Launched on November 4 / 21 with the goal to become the leading marketplace platform on Harmony network. Metatr.one’s core values are accessibility, decentralization, and world-class user experience, with a focus on creating an inclusive environment for creators and consumers alike. The first marketplace sale happened on 12 of December 21

We support 721 and 1155 tokens as well as collections of any size from 1 to 100k items.

Marketplace DeFi

The commission is used to purchase $MET token from and distribute it between Liquidity Providers(90%) and Metapunks (10%).

While the core LP rewards for the $MET token are a strong mechanic in their own right, we are currently exploring other options to further enhance the utility. Currently, our most likely candidates for further utility are an NFT pawnshop and bid to promote features given the rapid growth of the platform as of late.

Metatrone makes it easy for artists to publish their works on the blockchain so that their customers can buy with confidence, and fully understand the piece’s provenance. Our marketplace makes it easy to connect with customers, and our DeFi innovations, including the NFT LP model, offer their collections a competitive advantage in the growing NFT market. Collectors

Metatrone’s marketplace makes the experience of finding and purchasing NFT’s a joy. Our robust marketplace allows users to discover new artists and grow their NFT collection with confidence. Our Defi innovations solve one of the biggest problems in NFT collecting, lack of liquidity. Our NFT LP model ensures there is always a liquid floor price, allowing users to collect with confidence, knowing they can easily sell their NFT for the LP floor price if the need ever arises.

Metatrone DAO

Metapunks was the first NFT LP launch on metatr.one, but it is so much more than that. The goal for this project is to become a staple in the collections of our strongest supports, those who truly share our values. We are already seeing active engagement from community members, and have been fostering this by promoting them within the organization. Our broader team is also becoming part of the MetaPunks movement. We see this as an opportunity to create a truly decentralized organization with broader DAO mechanics. We plan on using MetaPunks NFT ownership to grant rights to vote for DAO proposals in the future.

Welcome to Harmony, Karft! Glad to see the project wanting to continue build on Harmony. I see this is submitted under the Launch category.

This proposal fits best to the Launch grant based on the guidelines at Apply for Grants or DAO

Applications of each launch must have prototyped a feature-full product. Harmony helps incubate these founding teams with product development, fundraising, and talent recruit.
We recommend a $50K equity-free contribution each:

$10K after launching a feature-complete product on our testnet,
$10K after forming a DAO with 5-out-of-9 multisig with our DAOs,
$10K after launching on our mainnet with audit,
$10K after 1K daily active users (with launch video, full PR promotion),
$10K after 10k daily active users (with a detailed roadmap, governance process).

Moreover, we recommend a 5-out-9 multisig account on Gnosis Safe with 3 governors from the project team, 3 governors from the project community, and 3 governors from Harmony DAOs – namely, ONEcommunityDAO, ONEdeveloperDAO, ONEincubatorDAO.

In all cases, we ask for 3-month exclusive campaigns with Harmony before more porting with other chains. We also offer follow-on investments – see 50 Investments ($20M) above; but, at the moment, you must have an outside, lead investor for us to match the funding terms. All codes, development materials and production assets must be fully open, preferrably with MIT or BSD licences; weekly updates must on sent on forum; and, all server deploys or mobile apps must be easily clonable.

“Testnet Launch” means launching a feature-complete product on Harmony Testnet. We define feature complete to include a user interface, connection to a wallet (Metamask, Harmony ONE Chrome Extension, etc.) on Testnet, and can be tested end-to-end by at least 100 users.

We very much appreciate the $50k grant offer from the Harmony fund and excitedly accept. We want to thank Harmony and the Metatrone community for their support, we couldn’t have gotten this far without them. We’ve taken a bit of time over the past couple weeks to identify the most important functionality to enhance our users’ experience and power our growth, as well as answering frequently asked questions. Update on Metatrone

At the moment we are fully focused on 3 core activities:

  1. We are moving our frontend JS framework to Svelte, and are rebuilding the marketplace practically from scratch. The outpouring of support over the past month has made us realize there is much more demand for our product than we originally imagined. We made the decision to rebuild a stronger foundation now, as we would have outgrown the existing one in well under a year.

  2. UX overhaul to create mobile-first experience, adding new features like sorting, filters, launchpad for NFT collections, advanced analytics and most of the things that are in the roadmap.

  3. LP staking reward program to share commission profits plus a portion of the treasury that was allocated to reward early LP providers. We are confident that in time, platform commission alone will be sufficient reward for staking. We are working on an LP staking reward formula. The main challenges are combining static and injected rewards into one formula, and ensuring that we can use more than one LP pair provider in a contract. If anyone has experience solving either of these, drop us a message on Discord!

Milestones

Obviously, the last couple of weeks was sensational for the Metatrone family. In the last 30 days, Metatrone NFT Marketplace has reached 108 countries, of which :earth_americas: the top 3 countries are the US, UK & Indonesia.

Hello Metatronians and people of Harmony,:blue_heart:

The past month has been a busy one for our team, and we have delivered a ton of new features in addition to an updated roadmap.

The new marketplace smart contract is now live and verified on the blockchain for public audit, with multiple professionals from our network examining the contract. We are sure that the contract will meet the audit requirements.

Here is a comprehensive list and explanation of the new features that we have added to our platform.

Cashback

Cashback is definitely the largest feature we have rolled out so far. Every NFT purchase on our platform has 1.5% cashback for both the buyers and sellers in the form of $MET. This $MET is acquired from the initial 5% purchasing fee in $ONE, of which 1.5% for each the buyer and seller in $ONE are swapped for $MET on the Sushiswap $MET/$ONE pair. Additionally, the remaining 2% of the purchasing fee goes to LP stakers which provides an economic incentive for people to provide liquidity for the $MET token. In effect, LP stakers are given the opportunity to earn based on NFT sale volume on our platform.

Free listing and price update

Users can now enjoy free NFT listings on our platform. To achieve zero fees, we use signature methods that block old signatures, preventing unwanted purchases and sales. Zero listing fees create a frictionless NFT listing experience for our users.

Metadata filters

A trait search function for NFT collections has been added to our marketplace. By making it easier for users to filter traits, we have now opened up the possibility for larger collections on Harmony to engage with our marketplace. This feature is now live and can be tested on our website metatr.one.

SEO and UX

NFT personal pages have also been added on our platform. Users can simply click on the name associated with an NFT to reach their user page.

We have also added automatic SEO for snipped and meta generation for NFT collections and single NFT
