hi
i am Lorenzo , 22, chemistry student in italy;
just last night i have ended the debugging process and deployed the token for my project started 3 years ago.
in order to avoid being verbose, the project (HEUR) is about making the digital counterpart to the paper EURO , the token that wil run the project has already been minted (100 Bilions), the network is obviously Harmony due to the low transaction fees (less than a cent for over hundred thousend EUR transaction.
The project is divided in 4 phases described in the whitepaer, during the one we are currently in the price of each token is 0.0022 EUR , so potentially (in some years), if the project succeeds the potential surplus for early investors is more than 2000%

I think a fractional stablecoin is a tough idea right now. You would need to back it by reserves (either BTC or fiat) and need a license for that if it is related to EUR.
