Hello everybody, I’m PHBA2061 | VietStaking VN/EN/FR#2530 on Discord & I’d like to apply my candidacy for Validator DAO Council Governor spot, first of all if interested you can find my introduction as a validator here: [VietStaking [VN/EN/FR] self intro](https://talk.harmony.one/t/vietstaking-vn-en-fr-new-validator-since-epoch-757-self-intro/5449).
Here are the reasons why I decide to apply my candidacy after checking The Harmony Validator DAO Mandates:
**Decentralization:** I’ve only become a validator recently, but I’ve already started helping new people with their questions about setting up/running a validator on testnet, I also contributed a simple monitoring script [Simple validators monitoring script using Telegram bot](https://talk.harmony.one/t/simple-validators-monitoring-script-using-telegram-bot/5750/2) .
**Security:** My background is an electronic engineer, despite not being an IT expert, I managed to self-taught myself & earn 3 AWS Associate Certificates: Solution Architect, Developer & SysOp Admin, I also have experience in running Linux server/blockchain nodes in the past.
**Participation:** I didn’t really participate much in governance discussion besides casting my votes on HIP-14 & HIP-15, but I gradually start to spend more & more time on talk.harmony, & promise to cast my votes with responsibility.
