We’ve seen many times , bids not just above, but below the 0.65 EMS.
Would take some time to gather the data around that and making a fair comparison would be quite impossible, since we would need to at least compare 2 validators with the same keys at the same shard and approximate stake. Not everytime we will have those scenario.
