This is the most reasonable action I think.
Charging above 10% fees is too high and too risky. As a delegator this is an incentive to keep the funds in the exchange and wait for the airdrop.

You understand that if direct delegation would get a lower percentage, your binance airdrop would lower as well ? A commercial company isn’t going to pay this out of their own pocket.
