Commission Structure: 0% fees for the first 100 elected epochs after which I’ll be forced to jump to 5% by the protocol. After that I’ll stay as close to 5% as I can, tweaking occasionally as needed to cover server costs.
About me: I’m a huge fan of the Harmony blockchain, community, and ecosystem. I enjoy helping people learn about different ways they can get involved and help the community grow. I’ve been developing software professionally for 6 years and have a passion for building things. Though I’m only one person, I don’t view my validator as a one-man project. I don’t have the funds or the desire go at this alone. My goal is to have a team of delegators who can share suggestions and feedback to help shape our future. Rewards will be great when they come, but that’s secondary to my mission of making a difference in our community. I’m a proud supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, autism awareness, mental health awareness, and sustainability.
Server setup: Digital Ocean CPU-optimized 2 CPU, 4GB RAM, 25GB SSD with an additional 300GB volume. Once elected for multiple epochs I’ll add a similar redundant node in either Digital Ocean or Contabo. As a full stack software developer I have experience managing servers for enterprise-scale applications.
Current Priorities: I am focused on staying active and building more connections on Reddit, Discord, Twitter, and Telegram. My goal is to appeal to new delegators and have them join me in my channel on the OR1ON discord. I plan to continue supporting the Discord tip bot I built and assisting people with rolling it out on new servers. I am also pursuing other software projects for the community once I have the bandwidth.
