I’ve been doing IT type work since 1999. I’ve used Linux for a multitude of things since about 2001. I have an AAS Networking as well as a BS IT&D from 2008. I am very proficient with networking devices and Linux and have hosted my own website, email, DNS, voip, and a multitude of other things for ~20 years straight. Also have had many clients over that time as well. I began tinkering with PHP when it was version 3 and wrote code for side jobs at times. I worked for a non-profit for 8 years developing custom database driven PHP applications until 2012. I also have worked for the local college in the IT department and was solely responsible to managing and maintaining an entire small campus by myself. It was around 400 machines, a vmware lab, iscsi storage, and a Cisco virtual training academy as well as other things like CAD labs, automotive labs, machinist and welding/fabrication, and even nursing labs. Since leaving the college a couple years ago, I created my own LLC and do various IT type work locally and via the web.
