In my opinion we need to accelerate recovery:
Remove whitelist or hack list.
Significantly increase the amount per wallet.
Propose some other burning method; teach how to join a node, etc. to speed up burning.

What is the plan for the victims of Aave frozen funds?
Great question: We had productive discussions with the Curve Core team, and they have expressed support for the Harmony recovery plan. Users can exit the Curve platform and participate in the recovery as depegged assets increase in value.

We are still in discussions with Aave. The Aave Core team advised us to go through the community and governance process on the Aave forums. However, the Aave community has rejected our proposals three times. R1 has now approached the Aave Core team directly again, asking them to assist users in the recovery process.
If we can help put pressure on the Aave community, it may push the Aave Core team to take action. So far, it has been a frustrating process, but we will continue engaging with both the Aave community and the Core team until they step in to help affected users.
