Just review the hole post and follow the instructions. You must burn your “max-loss” quantity sending to a burning address (this is the only transaction you’ll be allowed to do), and wait until next black list review.

It appears that an external issue led to the issuance of tokens. To address this, I must burn those tokens, and subsequently, the address should function as intended, isn’t it?. Unfortunately, I’ve been suffering with this external problem, investing time and effort in finding a solution, which has been frustrating. The discovery of this chat has brought some relief to the situation (because I couldn’t do anything with my ONE but I don’t know why, the final client need to pay for this mistake.

Will sending the ONEs listed under Max_loss correct the issue? How can I verify whether those were my ONES or not? I don’t remember how many ONEs I had.

As you can read in the post, the problem is that you’ve received funds by error on staking process. They ask you to return it (max-loss is the value to return). The only action you can perform with your wallet is sending this amount to the burning address they provide. Once the amount was sent to this burning address, you can ask here to @sophoah to check if you’ve done right and when your wallet situation will change (I’d done this way and now my wallet is working again, as you can read along the entire post).

Si respondiste a algún mensaje privado que te mandan los scammers(conmigo lo intentaron) y les haces caso (como si fuesen admins que te quieren ayudar) estás perdido. Hay que denunciarlos y bloquearlos, porque ya avisan más arriba, y es que ellos NUNCA se ponen en contacto contigo por privado.
