Originally I used web extension Math Wallet to confirm and sign procedures such as delegating and transferring rewards on the Harmony platform.

I have changed over to Metamask web extension wallet version 13.3.0 and fully configured the wallet for use on Harmony and other crypto websites.

Repeatedly I have not been able to perform undelegating or transfer of funds from the Harmony platform to my Metamask wallet. The procedure consistently fails at the "Confirm & Sign” stage at which Metamask is not presented as one of the wallet options

Advice from the AI agent on the Harmony platform has suggested that the problem may be related to the “File not found” on my Harmony address and the Harmony address on Meta-mask. The problem is the platform address begins with ”one”. while the Harmony address on Metamask is of the Eth type that begins with “0x”
Just clear your cache or use MM on another browser like firefox or brave. one1 addresses are just vanity addresses for an 0x address.
Search for your wallet address on easynodepro.com and it’ll show you both of your address for that address (one1 and 0x formats).
If you don’t see all of these after that there is a problem on your computer.

I have cleared the cache on Chrome and rebooted the program.;
My results from the first two steps match yours exactly as shown
your email.
At the 3rd stage which is the “Sign In *(Connect) with the Metamask
wallet open, I got no response when I clicked on “Sign in” (see below)
Any ideas on what might be causing the failure to “sign In”?

Are you sure you are on https://staking.harmony.one ?
There are a lot of spoofs out there. The main staking site works perfectly normally.
Try loading metamask into another browser if you were unable to clear the cache in metamask and in your browser.

Thanks for the warning spoofs. I have tried getting to Harmony Skating
with the URL you provided and the result is the same (see capture below).
I’ve been advised by a member of the Harmony Live Support that the problem
might be a bug or transcript error.
It’s late here now so I look forward to getting in touch with life-support tomorrow
to find out what can be done to resolve the problem.

Be very careful with any “support” as there’s no harmony support, it may be fake.
The only real support is on their official discord Harmony
