Greetings Harmonauts!
The Ambassador DAO is currently recruiting Support Ambassadors to assist community members with simple and commonly asked issues. Deep technical skills are not required, but you should have a solid grasp of Harmony and blockchain in general, and most importantly the temperament for customer service.
Duties include using our customer service chat app to answer questions as accurately and quickly as possible. Most will be common questions such as “How do I stake Harmony ONE?”. You will have a database of knowledge to search in, so you will not be expected to know the answers by memory.
Expected hours are 6-10 hours each week. All service will be done in English. Pay is $600/month to be paid in Harmony ONE. If you are interested please visit https://forms.gle/2X9p8tZnTMfutb3LA
Due to time limitations applications will only be open until Monday, 31st of January, 5pm PST and some submissions may not be responded to, but we appreciate all of you immensely.
