[Bitcityz: decentralized social network protocol]

Proposal overview

We build:
[- A SocialFi platform forcus to connect expert (who have experience & share signal) revenue share value model and traders (who follow the signal of expert and paid for subscription signal packages)

  • Education: educate newbie/new user learning thru. Read 2 earn, write 2 earn, lear 2 earn and more… incentives programs for acquire new user.
  • A DeFi platform, with launchpad for support new startup.
  • Our aims focus on convert all traders to use Bitcityz platform (about 3M) and global users
    Our team base in Vietnam.

Bitcityz is successful with MVP centralized version with 4 core features: Feed, Signals Hub, News, Launchpad. We are still continues development a decentralized version with key are IPFS protocol, web3. We will golive the 1st mvp version in this month May 2022 and target KPI acquire min 10K real users; Bitcityz need $250K for DONE fully Decentralized Social network and acquire 300K users use Bitcityz platform.

    Funds Usage:
  • 35% of the funds will be used to build the Bitcityz platform and perform upgrades to the system, which includes team recruiting, development budget.
  • 50% will be used for Bitcityz branding and marketing, including continuous promotion and education of Bitcityz and blockchain innovations in industry mediums. A sufficient budget for various advertisement activities, to help Bitcityz become popular among investors, and to attract active users to the platform.
  • 15% will be kept in reserve to cope with any emergency or unexpected situation that might come up.

  1. Can you describe your purpose for building on Harmony?
    Bitcityz is a Decentralized FediverseFi Platform, inspired by SocialFi network trend and designed upon Web3 technology. Fediverse is a network of interconnected servers by ActivityPub Protocol used for social media, blogging, file hosting, and other modern web activities and FediverseFi will be the future of Socialfi. Especially, Bitcityz is the only platform will enable DAO mechanisim, that means users can collect the governance tickets by holding token to vote for the rules and regulations in the ecosystem as a whole.
    At this time, MVP version of Bitcityz run on Binance Smart Chain as the key chain but we are facing serious issue such as high gas fee, low tx speed, low transaction,… etc.
    Regarding to our research, Harmony is known as one of the open and fast blockchains with mission to solve the blockchain trilemma of decentralization, scalability, and security . And we trust that Harmony and Bitcityz will be a great collaboration on the journey to bring the first Decentralized FediversFi Platform to the world.
  2. How will Bitcityz use $ONE within your treasury?
    Regarding Bitcityz development roadmap, $ONE will play a crucial role in Bitcityz treasure along with BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and others valueable assets while we enable DAO mechanisim in the future.
  3. What are your revenue generators respective from impermanence of grant?
    There are two tokens as BCTZ and BCTY with different functions in Bitcityz.
  • BCTZ token: users need BCTZ to enter Bitcityz
    • BCTZ token is for upgrading account to earn more BCTY
    • Swapping BCTZ to BCTY because BCTY is not for sale, hold BCTZ to take part in launchpad & IDO.
  • BCTY DAO token:
    • BCTY token is the monetary unit of Bitcityz, run on DAO mechanism.
      The economy is designed to allow everyone to earn extra income by many functions such as:
    • Read to earn: while the users enjoy the content produced by the creators, they can earn BCTY token by read-to-earn,
  • Staking: users can stake BCTY token to earn more interest.
  • Donate to KOLs in signal hub or News.
    And we earn transaction fee by BCTY token through the community’s activities in Bitcityz such as ”LIKE, DISLKE, DONATE, WATCHING SIGNAL HUB or develop new projects on Bitcityz platform (running new instance/node)”.
    That means there are more users want to hold BCTY token in near future while Bitcityz reach the goal of 1M users in next 3 years.
