Proposal overview

TruePNL introduces a platform to connect hand-picked, groundbreaking blockchain projects and crypto investors, delivering a convenient, transparent, and secure mechanism for raising capital, investing and distributing tokens. The platform allows cryptocurrency projects to raise funds by creating token exchange pools and launching public or private sales rounds using smart contracts on the Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain networks.

The core of the Platform is a system of pools ruled by smart contracts. There are pools of various blockchain projects, with conditions for participation slightly different from one to another. But the main rule remains the same: a pool accumulates assets of users giving access to the allocation of the newly issued tokens.

We already attracted 12 projects with an overall allocation of almost $1 million. Our goal is to make our platform available on all EVM-compatible chains as it will allow us seamless launching of any projects. Therefore we believe that our launchpad combined with Harmony’s fast and cost-effective ecosystem will be a huge success and bring value and new users to the Harmony community by launching Harmony projects and developing the Harmony ecosystem by using native tokens on Harmony blockchain.

Proposal ask

We are requesting $50K contribution: $10K after launching a feature-complete product on testnet, $10K after mainnet launch, $10K after forming a DAO for our community, and $20K for after 10K users.

Congratulations @EvgeniyaTruepnl! Approved for $50K Launch under the guidelines of Harmony Grants and Investments (Paused). Looking forward to seeing TruePNL launch on Harmony’s Testnet with 100 test users as the first milestone to hit!

Applications of each launch must have prototyped a feature-full product. Harmony helps incubate these founding teams with product development, fundraising, and talent recruit. We recommend a $50K equity-free contribution each:

$10K after launching a feature-complete product on our testnet $10K after forming a DAO with 5-out-of-9 multisig with our DAOs $10K after launching on our mainnet with audit $10K after 1K daily active users (with launch video, full PR promotion) $10K after 10k daily active users (with a detailed roadmap, governance process)

We recommend a 5-out-9 multisig account on Gnosis Safe with 3 governors from the project team, 3 governors from the project community, and 3 governors from Harmony DAOs – namely, ONEcommunityDAO, ONEdeveloperDAO, ONEincubatorDAO.

In all cases, we ask for 3-month exclusive campaigns with Harmony before more porting with other chains. We also offer follow-on investments – see 50 Investments ($20M) above; but, at the moment, you must have an outside, lead investor for us to match the funding terms. All codes, development materials and production assets must be fully open, preferrably with MIT or BSD licences; weekly updates must on sent on forum; and, all server deploys or mobile apps must be easily clonable.

This project caught my eye, but I can’t seem to find any of these guys on LinkedIn. Things like SUCCESSFUL EXT FROM PREVIOUS PROJECT raises my red flag instinct. Was looking for what these projects were.
