I have not been active for a couple of years now and don’t know how it could disappear unless it was hacked I suppose. Could anyone advice on how to proceed?

I have a feeling the support service is a scam.
I’ve been told they can see that my wallet has been compromised and in order to undo it I have to wire X amount to my wallet again so they can “track” and undo it…
Furthermore, I suppose they have my phrase now as I tried to connect to a wallet on the support website.
I suppose nothing can be stolen if there is nothing there anymore
