I have been in this community and project since December/21 when we were 20 members more or less. I started as a community member. After a few weeks I became an early adopter and contributor. It has been an amazing learning path not only about web3/blockchain but also community building on web3 and collaborative/cooperative skills.
I was scholar of BLU3 dao in ETHrio last March where I met Harmony protocol and their ecosystem. Along the event and after that @Novee, @littlemoneyboss and Blu3 team shared a lot of knowledge, knowhow and experiences that I shared to our community (DYORistas.org). This experience let me to deepen the impact and the need for spaces to include women, non-binary and allies with a community focus proposal since our basic web3 education. As well as the importance to be part of an ecosystem.
We are a Spanish speaker community (whatever place that Spanish speaker is located) focus on wom@n that want to shift our knowledge and mindset to share our talents, workforce and values to build inclusive spaces for learning and projects. We could add value to the Harmony community in some ways:
- Learning/teaching about Harmony ecosystem.
- Incubating projects over Harmony Protocol
- We could the bridge for new Harmony friends on the Spanish and Latam market.
We will love that Harmony join to this vision and to our dream!
