Proposal overview
This proposal is uniquely designed to attract, educate and support more women to build on Web 3 ensuring their financial empowerment as well as positively growing the ecosystem. Our multi-award-winning team is collaborating to bring structured and curated bootcamps specifically designed to facilitate the onboarding of more women into web3 as founders, developers, CMOs, and non-tech collaborators.
Together we have over 50 years of experience in building communities and educating women in tech.
We are synergistically aligned in this proposal to launch the Education DAO on Harmony and this proposal gives an overview of what will be delivered.
Deliverables:
We will launch and deliver the following boot camps, each of which would be funded from the grant money.

Zero To CMO
12 week online bootcamp to impart marketing skills to 50 senior marketers for Web 3.
Followed by paid internships in Web 3 Agencies and organisations.
- Full Stack Developer
6 week online bootcamp to onboard 50 developers onto React, Solidity, Javascript, Node.js
- Tech Enterpreneurship
The Tech Entrepreneurship Bootcamp: Ideation to Investment is both an academic course and a competitive training program designed to help participants define their legacy as future entrepreneurs. 2-month BootCamp for 100 women who have a tech background and want to set up their own tech business.
- Solidity Bootcamp
8 week bootcamp to train 100 women developers for expertise in Solidity
- Learn to thrive in the Web 3 World
6-month virtual learning program in combination with group coaching. The goal of the program is to enable new entrants to Web 3 to transition with ease while acquiring lifelong skills and mindsets for success and significance
- EthCC Scholarships
As part of our goal to onboard more women into web3, we will sponsor 6 teams of 5 members each for hacking. This includes costs for participation , travel and accomodation for EthCC Paris.
$1500 per person. Total $45k

Proposal ask
Total of $615k is required to be disbursed in tranches to launch the Education DAO with the above programs. This includes $67k for marketing, admin, creation of digital assets, community building and management for 6 months.

Bridget is the founder of The Bigger Pie, an award-winning organization focused on supporting women in blockchain and emerging tech. As women represent less than 10% of those involved in this sector we focus our efforts on supporting the incredibly talented and pioneering #womeninblockchain.
Bridget is a firm believer in having more women involved with the design, development, deployment, and decommissioning of tech solutions, particularly Web 3.
Bridget has worked with different actors in the blockchain economy since 2017, both retail facing and servicing institutional clients, gaining an insight into the marketplace, challenges, pitfalls, regulation, and breadth of projects and businesses in this rapidly evolving space.

- Gnana Lakshmi
Gnana Lakshmi T C (Gyan) is leading one of the product integrations at Questbook and earlier contributed to openquest.xyz. She is currently working on a couple of NFT based grant projects with Harmony and NEAR Protocol and has been an ambassador with Covalent, Algorand and Aeternity. She is an active web3 community builder and was responsible for setting up and managing the Blockchain community for WWCode across the globe and started the WomenWhoCode community(www.womenwhocode.com/blockchain). With over 9+ years of experience as a Software Developer in the corporate industry, she is extremely passionate about education, blockchain and diversity. She has conducted several meetups and has given several international tech talks on varied technology topics like Blockchain and Machine Learning.
About The Phoenix Guild:
Phoenix Guild is a community started in the January of 2022, which aims to bring more women into web3 through opportunities such as bounties, projects and grants.
We are currently running a Solidity BootCamp for 100 women to help them break into web3.

Krati Jain
Krati is a full stack developer with 10.5 years experience leading engineering teams at Questbook, CRED, Microsoft, Flipkart while being hands-on at Solidity, Rust, Golang, React, Flutter, Node, Android, IOS. She is the founder of msg.value, a web3 native company for community engagement, protocol growth, tokenomics, architecture and security practices and the cofounder of The Phoenix Guild. She is already onboarding several developers by conducting training for HER DAO and Ocean DAO community.
- Sri Lakshmi
Leading the user onboarding to empower women in Web3 and part of the Ocean Protocol Ambassador program. Also the co-founder of an NFT Marketplace called Naksh.
Responsible for Business strategies, Brand Development, Financials, Onboarding Emerging Talent in the Indian Art Industry focusing on Digital and Urban art.
