1Wallet (Browser) Cant Upgrade to V16.1

Hello Everyone ,
why cant i upgrade my Wallet? When i type in my Code i get :

Retrieving latest information for the wallet…

after that nothing … there is nothing to click or anything

Is there something i missed or is it broken, sofar i cant tell if i should report a BUG or not
