Cannot claim rewards, Metamask

When I try to claim rewards I get this message:

Failed

You are currently not on the Harmony Mainnet network in Metamask. Please choose Harmony Mainnet to continue.

However, I’m on the mainnet with Metamask, and I’ve been doing it the same way for years. Why does it not work now? I tried logging off, changing network, and nothing works… Help?

You, may need to *sign out

can you provide a screenshot of the network you are connected to/verify the harmony mainnet shard 0 network configuration ?

you can add a new network from here eventually : Harmony Mainnet Shard 0 RPC and Chain settings | ChainList
