(Harmony Ghana DAO) Meet up Series.
Overview
The emergence of blockchain and disruptive technology has become a necessity for humanity, in Africa it is even a matter of urgency for mass education, awareness and policy formulation for the rapid adoption of this ever fast growing technology like blockchain and cryptos.
The Harmony Ghana DAO in partnership with it partners, Harmony Africa DAO is proposing series of educational and awareness drive on Harmony ONE blockchain, the crypto ecosystem and the need to empower the Ghanaian people especially young people to embrace new technology such blockchain and crypto and also to discover the Harmony platform as it offers a unique opportunity for developers, users and entrepreneurs to develop and integrate their innovative solutions by way technology for purposes of our economic, social cultural advancement.

Mandates
Harmony Ghana DAO in collaboration with Africa Dao and the Harmony One team has welcomed the introduction of the Harmony Ghana DAO into the ecosystem as part of the global drive to promote and expand the Harmony ecosystem, especially in West Africa sub region and beyond. To achieve this, we have set to achieve
1.Growth of Harmony and onboard new users and developers in Ghana
2.Buid a vibrant HARMONY ecosystem in Ghana
3.Facilitate the transaction of Harmony one crypto users in Ghana.

Proposal ask
The sum amount for the execution of the above project is $50,000, and the breakdown is listed below.
1.10k for translation of Harmony One website
2.10k for hosting 2 meetups
3.10k for partnering with regional Hackaton of 100 developers.
4.10k for sourcing 5 approved grantees form the regions
5.10k for promotion and management of social media community of Harmony Ghana DAO, namely Twitter, Facebook, Discord and Telegram.

Metrics for success
1.Two successful meetups
2.establishment and management of a responsive Harmony Ghana DAO social media handles with over 100 members on Twitter, telegram Discord.

Thank you for submitting a proposal to Harmony’s $300M Ecosystem Fund. Allow me to be your representative on behalf of the Grants committee. We are in the process of reviewing your proposal, however the team is heavily focused on delivering a great event at ETHDenver and the review process will take just a little longer than usual, until after the event.

@harmonyuniverse, thanks for the feedback, once again feel elated to be getting recognized in this respected community.
