Harmony Hispano proto-DAO rebranding finished

Hello harmonauts,
we have finished the rebranding for the Harmony One Hispano.
A new logo, more suited to describe that our community does not put barriers in specific regions.
We embrace all countries where spanish is the official language.
In adition we have just created:

• a new Twitter account.
• a new Discord server.
