Is there a Harmony support page where I can get some help. I am not sure if this is the right community to ask this question:
I am new to Harmony and trying to understand how it works. I had some Harmony ONE tokens, I purchased on an Exchange and had to move the tokens. I use my ledger via the Binance Smart Chain route on the Ledger. I copied the BSC address and paste it into the Harmony Block Explorer website to obtain the corresponding one1 address to give the Exhange to send the tokens. However they sent it, but it is not showing on the Ledger. I can see the tokens on the Harmony Block Explorer but it is not showing in the Ledger. Do you know how I can fix this?
