I am Tayyab and I am a part of the content development team at Harmony India DAO.
I am a dynamic individual with experience in arenas of learning and performance management, crypto-influencing, content creation and leadership amongst others. I have garnered over 15 years of experience across various industries like financial, IT enabled service, Learning and Development and have developed my collaborative skills by working directly with senior management positions. I presently handle the Risk Management and Fraud Prevention for a well-known financial organization.

What will be your role in the INDIA DAO and how do you plan to advance its mission?
Response: As the individual responsible for managing the content development team, my primary job is to spread awareness regarding Harmony Protocol and its associated projects. I aim to bring in sensible content to our social media handles so that the community is not just engaged but at the same time is able to take valuable and timely decisions regarding trading and investment in Harmony $ONE as well as other Harmony Ecosystem based crypto currencies. -
How do you organize, plan, and prioritize your work?
Response: After having been in the crypto industry for the better part of a decade I have been able to plug myself into the right informational resources required of a content creator. I intend to ensure that my daily tasks as well as those of the content development team are tracked in the form of internal Service Level Agreements between the various functioning teams within the DAO. This ensures a lovely blend of accountability and responsibility as well as that of passion. Having said that, all the team’s work is performed using the maker-checker concept in order to ensure the veracity of the information being shared by Harmony India DAO -
Why are you the best person for a role on the INDIA DAO council?
Response: An overall experience of 15 years in the corporate arena, supported by my time in the crypto industry has helped in gaining an edge which brings about a strength in the type of work we do. Information gathering, vetting the information, making it presentable to the senior management and larger groups make sure that the quality of my work is of the highest order and that there is no scope for errors. Working my colleagues in the Harmony India DAO has sharpened my skills further and ensured a healthy balance between fun and informative posts. I appreciate the confidence shown in me by the fellow governors as well as the appreciations of Harmony India Community. I will try to play my part most successfully and not let the community down.
