Background

Jurnalgizi (Health Journal) established in 2020 in Indonesia, shares the free contents of healthy and Nutritions to the user. we have 200 monthly unique users with almost 500 Pageviews per month, in the other side, the production side, the writers, we work with undergraduate students, college lecturers, medical officers, and activists, so the content is more valid since it’s written by the person who learns and got certified on this field.

We start to campaign “Writer’s Crypto” in 2021, we fall in love with Harmony One, so we decided to create a donation page and only accept Harmony One, create Medical Officer NFT on Davinci.gallery as well.

We believe we can penetrate the user of Harmony One through this way, promote Harmony One on both sides, the user who read the content and the production team as well.

Proposal overview

We propose to create write/read to earn Harmony One, both reader and writer will be granted with Harmony One coin. The user we target is a young mom who has basic knowledge with financial or at least they have degree holder, and the writers are a medical officer in the field, all around Indonesia, they worked on what we called “Puskesmas” a clinic on the village, there are more than 8,000 “Puskesmas” with 10,000 medical officers.

In Puskesmas they have plenty of programs that can be news, so people will be more appreciate the medical officer do.

So there will be two ways to grow at the same time, more valid content from the writer will attract the user or visitor into the website.

Phase 1 - 2022

  • Recruit Developer to develop jurnalgizi.com website (Reward system)
  • Recruit 50-100 Medical Officer as Journalist with Harmony One Incentives as beginning
  • Collaborate with Medical Officer Organization - Event
  • All the payments will be through Harmony One Wallet

Phase 2 - 2023

  • Reward system will run automatically, the visitor who read and share the article will grant with Harmony One, same as the visitor, the writer who passed the qualification for good and non-plagiarism content will be granted with Harmony One.
  • Recruit non-freelance Journalist
  • SEO specialist
  • Webmaster

Phase 3 - 2024

  • Recruit non-freelance Nutritionist - who had a food certification
  • Marketplace for healthy food and beverages - Harmony One Payment
  • Cloud Kitchen - healthy food catering

Funds Requested

$500,000 for 2022

We will love to have support from Harmony One, and give you all information you need, not just only we give them information about Harmony One, but in real conditions, people who engage with this project will need to use Harmony One Wallet as a payment method or rewards. We push the market to accept Harmony One.

Milestones & Metrics

Since this will be online media, we can use the existing metrics such as, Impressions, Page View, Click, and don’t forget, the user and the writer who want get the Harmony One rewards, they need to register their Harmony One Wallet into the website, so we will know the effectiveness of this program

Goal

Harmony One wallet users, (user and medical officer) start to invest in a good retirement program - staking on Harmony One.

Proposal sounds good. Curious, are you trying to create something similar to publish0x.com? If so, what benefits will that bring to the Harmony community overall?

Also, i think if you can expand on your milestones, the community will be able to better understand what outcome to expect.

Benefits

Basically we want people to know more about harmony One and using Harmony One Wallet, and we choose soft approach, first step, we need to give something useful to local community (Free content), after they trust it, we can offer another product in easiest way, that’s why we choose Health content, to target young mom, we give them a useful content that they can read and they can earn money, when they earn money, the next step is introduce them to Harmony One or financial product, and of course we can give them free consultation about crypto (like Visa did), in other side, the writers, who works all around Indonesia, they usually give counseling to parents especially woman (face2face), how to live a healthy life through “Puskesmas”, they can be our funnel to other medical officers and a woman on that area as well, that woman can earn a money just only read a content, they can be more independent as a wife, help family economic and upgrade their financial management since, they grow together with Harmony, and the others benefits are:

  1. To exposure the Harmony One to new comers on crypto - young mom and medical officer
  2. Scale up the number of Harmony One wallet used - read/write 2 earn
  3. Will have strong community, more loyal
  4. Get more people join and invest in this Harmony One project

Thank you for stopping by, Yes correct no solidity contract yet, but we try to promote harmony one as one of the blockchain product, the beginning, soft approach on what they care about.

I’m not sure what % of market share Harmony One per countries, but if we check through validator country origin, I think there’s more than 70% coming from USA and Europe, and I think same delegators % as well.

That’s mean Harmony One need more penetration in APAC, If we talk about the culture, education, most of them is not familiar with financial product, bank etc, and we need to figure out, how to reach this “Giant” (Indonesia has one of the big population in the world) and other Asian countries to accept the Harmony One or Blockchain.

They will look harmony ONE as a scam, since they dont know where we coming from, who is Harmony one and what we do.

i think it’s a good way to get people involved in harmony, they’ll need to create their own wallets, be rewarded in $one, but how easy is it for them to exchange for fiat in Indonesia?

to my awareness i haven’t come across any physical or online stores that accepts $one as payment.

Its easy for me LOL, but for new comers in crypto, especially our target user - young mom its quite difficult, that’s why we need to educate them or as I mentioned on the proposal, we create small marketplace and fill it with food and beverages that they can use with their family, pay it with $ONE coin and they just need to wait the packages coming to their house.

Jovian here, advising on this proposal from the Jurnalgizi team in Indonesia.

This is currently a relatively small project team (current project has 200 users per month) with competence in content generation. I don’t see how the requested grant amount reflects the project plan. It seems as tho they outline an opportunity for reaching current non-crypto users with some introductory information about Harmony ONE, brand awareness, intro to crypto type content.

I’m all for introductory materials to bridge gaps between markets and invite people in, and it would be useful to support content creation in emerging markets and build relationships with early collaborators, however, I would suggest re-scoping the proposed project to what is precisely in their area of excellence - content creation and promotion.

Comment: FYI Jurnalgizi.com is rebranding from gizies.com, we decided to change the name to more local and have more collaboration scope with Medical officer in the field and small clinic, and ofcourse to accept Harmony One.
So what you see on below Analytics is from gizies March - May 2021 data, and we still improve Jurnalgizi right now.

Comment: Our target is Young Mom specifically and Woman generally, because we work with medical officer in the field we can reach them by our contributor and also we boost it through social media, FB etc, you can see the table of demographic below

What are they hoping readers will do as a result of reading the content?
Comment: we can exposure Harmony One as a sponsor or alternative to them to get more money from read or share the articles, they will get the Harmony One Coins from it to their wallet and start to understand how to manage their crypto in the future.

How will they promote the content?
Comment: we collaborate with several Puskesmas (small clinic) in Indonesia, we can give them a sponsor an event, except health we can also give them knowledge how to manage their financial including how they can earn money from their smartphone with only read (improve their knowledge) and share the good content for other woman. And we can also using FB ads etc for promote this.

Budget Plan for a year:

  • Website improvement: $30,000
  • Event & Sponsorship 10 Puskesmas * $500 * 12 months = $60,000
  • Event & Sponsorship for 10 health Organization * $500 * 12 months = $60,000
  • Contributor from Puskesmas or organization, 50 contributor * $100 * 12 months = $60,000 (per 3 months we will rotate with the new contributor, so in total - 1 year we will have 200 contributor)
  • DAO role: 9 person * $500 * 12 months = $54,000
  • Promotion= $120,000
  • Revenue sources (reward from Validator): $116,000

The concept of JurnalGizi will benefit society as a whole. It’s a web2 model, and not a web3 model. Let’s use a web3 reward model using token inflation, not by using ONE but by having a new HRC20 token with a sustainable inflation model instead.

We look forward to having you re-work this concept and circle back with a newer model in the near future. As for the current proposal, we will close this out and hope you can recreate this using a radically different model.
