Harmony NFT ticketing system

Proposal overview

The purpose of this project is to first develop web-based tools for event NFT origination and then an exchange marketplace. It supports NFT minting to validate the ownership and provenance of event ticketing and unlock the value of NFTs in events. It helps event organizers create and manage event NFTs.

A request of $50K in equity-free contribution: $10K after launching a feature-complete product on testnet, $10K after mainnet launch, $10K after forming a DAO for our community, and $10K for launch; $10K for after 10K users. In addition to funding, Iā€™m looking for help with product development and talent (dev) recruit. Currently a team of 1 with 10+ years of large-scale global event experience.

The set of tools and platform will be a gateway for everyday users (event registrants) to get to know Harmony and its ecosystem and onboard them to Harmony community by batch/event. The idea is to build a set of tools and developer program for enablement and scale. As a first pilot, the tools will be used by an event registration company for further fine-tuning.

Thank you for the proposal @suede. Unfortunately, your proposal is not ready for a Launch grant based on the guidelines at Apply for Grants or DAO due to the following reasons:

Applications of each launch must have prototyped a feature-full product. Harmony helps incubate these founding teams with product development, fundraising, and talent recruit. We recommend a $50K equity-free contribution each:

$10K after launching a feature-complete product on our testnet
$10K after forming a DAO with 5-out-of-9 multisig with our DAOs
$10K after launching on our mainnet with audit
$10K after 1K daily active users (with launch video, full PR promotion)
$10K after 10k daily active users (with a detailed roadmap, governance process)
