DBeats is a decentralized social media & marketplace on Blockchain for Creators, Game Streamers, Bloggers, Music Artists & everyone else.
Users can mint NFTs of their videos, create NFTs during Live streams or post a “life-changing” quote & make it a NFT. Creators can set up to 15% royalties on every sale, making it a source of passive income. Currently the Beta version of the platform is live on Polygon Blockchain.

We are requesting $50K in equity-free contribution: $10K after launching Dbeats on Harmony testnet, $10K after mainnet launch, $10K after forming a DAO for our community, and $20K for after 10K users. As well as funding, we are looking for Harmony’s help with product development, fundraising, and Advisory.

Justification

The amount will help us recruit team members for the following :
Building smart Contracts &
an expert User Experience Designer for improving the user experience on the platform.
Security Tester for bulletproofing the platform & its users.

Milestones :

  1. Weeks 1-3: Feature complete and deployed onto testnet
  2. Weeks 3-5: Host a community event & airdrop badges for early birds.
  3. Weeks: 5-6: Deploy to mainnet and onboard first 100 community-verified content creators.
  4. First month after launch: Form DAO
  5. Second month: Acquire 2k new users with active wallets.

Metrics for success

1 - 5K+ Daily Active Users
2 - 1K+ NFT Sellers
3 - 50+ Regular Streamers

Waiting for the launch. It’s such a cool idea, just imagine replacing youtube live and twitch live with this decentralised system.
It would be so exciting to stream on the Dbeats Platform.

With DBeats we are building a complete ecosystem for Creators, users can build & manage a community in a single place. Creators can post content as they usually do on any other social media platforms, this content can then be viewed & get engagement from audiences also they can buy these posts as NFTs in the Marketplace.

Creators who like to stream live Gameplays or host concerts & podcasts have the feature of going Live on DBeats - where the creator can multistream to 3+ other platforms like YT, Twitch, Facebook, etc. Also, he can mint NFTs from live streams like extracting the best 30secs from the stream & minting its NFT & selling it to viewers while he is still streaming live.

It’s the most user-friendly platform, enabling you to connect to your fans and followers .
Best part is the audio and video quality of you Dbeats . Much much superior to other live streaming application.

There are very rare young entrepreneurs lads in India who can think of such a wonderful contribution towards tech industry, one of them being Supersapiens.

We should help them in raising funds so that their enthusiasm remains on a top, and in future I can see more such apps being rolling out!!

This proposal fits best to the Launch grant based on the guidelines at Apply for Grants or DAO

Applications of each launch must have prototyped a feature-full product. Harmony helps incubate these founding teams with product development, fundraising, and talent recruit.
We recommend a $50K equity-free contribution each:

$10K after launching a feature-complete product on our testnet,
$10K after forming a DAO with 5-out-of-9 multisig with our DAOs,
$10K after launching on our mainnet with audit,
$10K after 1K daily active users (with launch video, full PR promotion),
$10K after 10k daily active users (with a detailed roadmap, governance process).

Moreover, we recommend a 5-out-9 multisig account on Gnosis Safe with 3 governors from the project team, 3 governors from the project community, and 3 governors from Harmony DAOs – namely, ONEcommunityDAO, ONEdeveloperDAO, ONEincubatorDAO.

In all cases, we ask for 3-month exclusive campaigns with Harmony before more porting with other chains. We also offer follow-on investments – see 50 Investments ($20M) above; but, at the moment, you must have an outside, lead investor for us to match the funding terms. All codes, development materials and production assets must be fully open, preferrably with MIT or BSD licences; weekly updates must on sent on forum; and, all server deploys or mobile apps must be easily clonable.

oh that’s bad news!
No worries, we still will be working on the project & getting to market with a platform that creators & the community loves.
