Hello, after a couple of years I wanted to check on my harmony one portfolio and I found out that the harmony wallet chrome extension was deprecated. I managed to export it using my seed phrase in MetaMask but it shows a balance of 0. Any suggestion on how to check with the customer service if my account was hacked? I’d really like to recover them!

The seed phrase doesn’t always work going to metamask, you usually need your private key. If you don’t have access to your private key, you can get it by importing your seed phrase to Math wallet. Happy to help if you need any further assistance.
