Hello, our project team are glad to know that projects under the grant will have a chance to complete their milestones. However, as can be verified in earlier messages the payouts to our project has experienced delays, in fact the 1st payout was not processed until almost 2 months after we requested for payment( see above Jan 4). As a matter of fact, i made the request for 1st milestone on the 4th of January but we didn’t get payout until the 2nd of march.
Similarly, the second payout processing was also delayed as it took about 3 weeks after making the requested. This together puts our project at least 2 months of delay after considering few weeks for verification.
Therefore, due to that fact that this delays are not a fault of the project team, we will want to appeal that our project be giving a 2 months grace period to allow us the benefit of the new 180 days cut-off rule for payouts.
