The global software industry is becoming lucrative, as web3 is defining the future and vision for public internet where data and content are registered on the blockchain, tokenised, managed and accessed on P2P platforms. It has become a vital human and social development agenda to nurture and develop potential developers to take up future roles in the world of disruptive technology, such as web3.
MAKING GHANA A WEB3 HUB IN WEST AFRICA
Our partnership with the Ghana Unity DAO aims at leveraging the opportunities of Harmony Blockchain to open opportunities for young Ghanaian developers to be equipped with the requisite skills and mindset of web3 developers and be prepared for global software developers demand in the blockchain ECOSYSTEM, of the estimated 18,000 web3 developer community, Ghana’s share is very insignificant, and our proposal and project will seek to change the narrative training and Onboard more developer community in Ghana, especially encouraging our young females to venture into the web3 developer space in the light of Ghana being the gateway to West Africa,all efforts must be made to prepare us for the right human and technological base. Thankfully, the Africa DAO team is resourcing us with a training module that would be our guide to equip us with the tools as Harmony community building Dao as we work to promote the ecosystem in Ghana and West Africa.
5 WEB3 HAMONY SERMINARS SERIES @Campus:
We are proposing to organize 5web3 seminars in 5 Ghanaian Universities, namely, the Kwame Nkurumah university of science and Technology, Kumasi, University of Cape Coast, in the central region of Ghana, the University of Development Studies, Tamale, northern region, the University of Winneba, Kumasi, and Garden City University College, Kumasi.We are collaborating with the various departments of IT and business of the tertiary Institutions to support our campaign to Onboard potential IT students to becoming web3 developers to take up the next generation of global software human resources.

1.Successful organizations of 5 sermiars on web3 at 5 different campuses in Ghana
2.Targetting 200 participants
3.Onboarding of 10 developers on Harmony blockchain
4.Onboading of Harmony community members on telegram channel
5.Creating of Harmony ecosystem awareness such, ONE coin, wallet set up, crypto investment education
