We are so happy that you have joined the Harmony community! Unfortunately there was someone that completing this quest in a faster time than you on this day. We hope that this process showed you the easiness of Harmony and please continue to build Dapps on Harmony!
Sorry to say but after lot of searching in the community I didn’t find any post on harmony that’s claims to be winner and get reward of 500 ONE on date 19/01/2022, I highly request you to please check once more from your side, there maybe some unknowingly mistake while choosing the winner. 
Though while searching I found one post of @RahmanAdam (#ONEquest 1wallet contest Claim) claiming the third position on 19th jan, who took 54 minutes(he mentioned in his tweet) to complete while I took not more than 5 minutes , even though he got the rewards, and I didn’t, It is not fair.( at least I should get 2nd prize, as my time is better than his, but still I believe as no one claims the first prize and complete it taking lesser time then me on 19th so I should be the winner)
Also while looking the time of completion, please check the marked transaction in the screenshot of my Block Explorer, that I did while participating for ONEquest, after few days of participating I did some transaction but kindly ignore that them as they are not part of ONEquest.
I have faith in harmony community so please look into this and confirm once again, PLEASE @pjconleyy
