To further clarify, I want to commend Warena’s efforts to continue to strive despite the decline.
Nevertheless, based on observation, the roadmap is blatantly misrepresented, since game launch major milestones (e.g. game launch, staking, guild formation, land sales) had been delayed. This goes to show either the team has no heart to meet deadlines, no discipline to lead a start up or simply poor planning. These qualities are considered the bare minimum to remain competitive in a fast paced environment. I can foresee the 3D beta launch expected in June’22 will be delayed.
Note “the fix”: Transparently post weekly tangible project milestones and having a weekly AMA to announce progress. In time, this will help nurture the team to develop action & recovery plans to help meet & optimise targets.
Feel free to disagree, I sincerely hope I am wrong. You’ll be surprise but I genuinely believe in the team cause I can personally testify thus far, the team might not be perfect but I see improvements day by day.
We have a few updates on the progress of Warena project.
Warena is now entering the Metaverse Phase which named Emporia. Private 3D Game Beta Launch is now open for registration at: Beta Sign Up | Emporia
We admit that the Roadmap on the website has not been fully updated. We’ve adjust the status on all items. You can check it out on Homepage | Emporia as we have updated the milestones from the beginning to Q2-2022.

We appreciate your transparency and are a bit disappointed that things aren’t going as well as we had hoped. We expect all teams building on Harmony to fully own their own go-to-market and growth and not rely on us. I think there’s a lot more the Warena team can do there.

schedule an AMA with @dpagan-harmony and give the community an update, share exciting things with them, and hopefully bring more awareness and users to Warena.
