Harmony’s Intergalactic Multi-game Metaverse
Intro
The ONEverse seeks to be the first fully immersive metaverse on Harmony. From galaxy to galaxy and reality to reality, the ONEverse looks to be the largest and most inclusive metaverse on Harmony. Starting off with our own two sets of NFTs with utility, we hope to include more and more vetted projects to exist within the ONEverse.
With gameplay at the helm, the ONEverse seeks to provide you with gaming on the path to pure decentralization. A day when games will be considered by the DAO for approval and then onboarded is in the not too distant future. So, join up and let’s set sail for the great beyond!
Proposal Request for $50K in the Launches Category
As ONEverse has grown from an idea to a project, we have bootstrapped the entire project thus far and found organic growth via word of mouth in the Harmony Community. We believe the injection of the Harmony Grant would generate growth in the ONEverse and the Harmony P2E community as a whole. Below is the list of milestones given by Harmony and the breakdown of how the funds would be utilized. The percentages are laid in a way that each 10k of the grant dispersement will be used in those percentages.

Detailed Objectives to complete with Harmony Grant Funds:
- Hiring on more game developers to help further develop ONEverse
- Bringing on more community managers to help manage social networks
- Expanding Marketing Department with the addition content creators and marketing experts
- Audit solidity contracts to ensure accuracy with more complex staking systems to be implemented in the games
- Add Business Consultant and Financial Advisor to help further the vision & goals of ONEverse
Roadmap
Launch Stages
- Initial ONEverse Badge claiming where users will be able to claim their spot in the ONEverse and be able to buy ONEverse token.
- Launch of Mainnet ONEverse Token via private sale.
- Initialize Season 1 of ONEverse with initial storyline, gaming mechanics, and P2E.
- Enhancement of in-game economy & implementation of governance via a community DAO with elected positions
- At the conclusion of Season 1, we will continue to expand and enhance the ONEverse to exceed expectations based on community feedback and integrate further interweaving storylines.
Gameplay Mechanics
Quests
Opportunity in ONEverse is limitless. We will be doing many quests including but not limited to activities such as: Galactic Foraging, Exploration, Reactions, Resource Creation, & more! Over time you’ll gain experience and P2E rewards through these quests. Quests between games will often intertwine to build deeper lore inside the ONEverse.
The resources, experience points, items, & everything else gathered from quests will be used in game to advance the ONEverse. From building spaceships to crafting quest specific items to going on intelligence gathering missions, the story will interlock and build upon itself gradually.
Item Marketplace
We will have an in-game marketplace that will also be accessible thru NFTkey or any other secondary market. This will allow for certain on chain in-game items to be traded & sold between parties in a safe trusted way. Not every single in-game item will be on chain or accessible thru this method, some off chain items will only be accessible thru doing questing & missions & similar game mechanics.
In-game items will consist of the following but not limited to:
- Cosmetic Items
- Extra Gameplay Perks/PowerUps
- Skill Upgrades
- Exclusive Spaceship
- & many more surprises!
In addition to the on chain item marketplace, there will also be a section within the in-game marketplace for you to buy off chain items within the games & sell resources, items, and other things back to the shopkeeper inside the game. You will be able to access on chain items & off chain items from the same shopkeeper but the only on-chain items will be also accessible through a secondary market such as NFTkey.
Demo
The demo released here provides examples of the integrated technologies that will be featured in the ONEverse. Simply by walking through a door or interacting with an NPC, we have designed novel contract integrations to mint NFTs, claim rewards, use in-game currency, and more. This is only a taste of the functionalities that will be integrated as the ONEverse grows. Load times are longer than normal due to server usage at this time. Dedicated gaming servers are being set up with professional and will be available on mainnet launch.

To wrap this proposal up, we’d like to say that we are extremely grateful to have found such a network like Harmony at a time like this. We’ve been met with support from every project, team member, and community member of Harmony. We believe this is due to standards that are held by community members in Harmony and we hope to utilize the grant as a way to keep that standard high in the Harmony Network.
