Proposal overview
We are tender.finance, and we are excited to present an opportunity to become a part of a unique social gathering bringing together technology entrepreneurs, innovators, creatives, and high-net-worth individuals, in one of the most striking venues in America - the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco Golden Gate Park.
Our entertainment offerings include audiovisual art installations, live performances, technological exhibitions, and an expanding list of A-list celebrity guests. We will be hosting speakers and panels focusing on the emerging spaces of decentralized finance, digital art, music and culture in a future powered by blockchain.
We are partnering with 3D NFT company Viira.io to curate an exhibition of digital and physical art, as well as an audio/visual experience in the academy’s planetarium. We will also have a celebrity DJ (tbd) and a live musical performance.
With the help of Harmony’s valued contribution we are aiming to provide a truly memorable experience and create unique connection opportunities for all our attendees, speakers, and sponsoring organizations, with an end-goal of creating an annual crypto-networking event in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Proposal ask
The cost and coordination of the event is quite substantial. However, to become a platinum-tier sponsor of this unique and special event we are only asking for $30,000.
For this amount, we would offer full hosting partnership to Harmony, a personal/public “thank you” by our headlining artist and by our keynote speaker, private VIP tables, a speaker spot for a Harmony representative (individually or on a panel), promotion on event banners, website, and in invitations, and 120 tickets for distribution at the Harmony team’s discretion.
