This is a great protocol for Harmony. We need some excitement in Harmony Network. A lot more people will come to know about Harmony and our network fees are super low so that also helps SMUG too. I am super excited about this project. Hopefully we can get started soon!

I am quite new to crypto in general and have most of my modest holdings on a Central exchange. I got interested in the harmony eco system a matter of weeks ago and believe ONE has enormous potential. I have been trying out a few different opportunities and have observed from the sidelines in various telegram and discord groups.
The SMUG community however is in a different league. So welcoming and understanding and such a good ethos with the dev being so actively involved in discussions with the group, taking ideas from various members and really running with them to create something more than just a meme coin. But boy are his memes funny!! Very excited to see the direction this coin takes. The progress made in such a short time already is phenomenal and it excites me to be part of this community. With the outstanding exposure SMUG is getting on the likes of coin gecko it will bring a lot of external interest from those involved in other networks.
I think SMUG could be the cuddly face that welcomes a lot of newcomers to harmony. Come for the memes then really deep dive into everything else the ecosystem has to offer.

Harmony team pls consider strongly to approve this grant. The project may seems meme’ish at first but it has good concept explained in its documentation and i think it will bring a lot of value to the Harmony ecosystem and this can be developed further.

Like others have said, like it or not, memecoins bring in users. Harmony needs these types of coins to onboard people which will then move to other projects on the network since they are already invested now. SmugDoge has been gaining traction far and beyond what I have seen of other similar coins on the network and this is without the dex even being available yet. The roadmap continues to get fleshed out and the future of the project is looking great.

SMUG takes the current formula of dog coins that are abundant on other chains right now but unlike the current offering on harmony for meme coins, it has a much stronger community and dev team behind them.
Just as porn as driven technical innovation the perfect meme coin can help to drive adoption for harmony.

Not usually a fan of meme coins. However this token is doing very well and the developer seems to be doing a great job at delivering goals and driving the progression of this coins roadmap. Looking forward to the launch of their new dex, it already has so much volume for a new project and it is sure to bring more adoption for the Harmony ecosystem. It has my support!

I love this position and wholeheartedly agree. I am an older person and got into crypto through SafeMoon, which gave me a reasonably safe introduction into how things work. From this I got into Harmony, so why not allow others the same?

Much more than a memecoin, which seeks to provide utility to a deflationary token with inflationary prices! With a DEX incoming and a subsidiary token for pools that heavily improves upon Safemoon’s protocol!
