Web3 Inclusivity Summit

Web3 Inclusivity Summit (April 29-May 1)

Web3 Inclusivity Summit is the first-of-its-kind event aiming to bring together Web3 Women, LGBTQ, Non-binary & People of Color Founders, NFT & DAO Leaders, and Investors for two days of Talks and Panels. Although the conference itself is virtual, we are planning events and meetups in San Francisco to bring together this community IRL.

Our entire mission is to educate and empower groups of individuals that have often overlooked in the Web3 space. We want to engage women, non-binary and people of color on blockchain and provide the space for these individuals to learn, network, and create new opportunities. Some highlights of those speaking at the conference include:

-Founders of female Web3 organizations (Surge Women, We3)
-Best selling author on blockchain
-Head of blockchain investments at global crypto exchange
-Founder of NFT nonprofit empowering girls’ education in STEAM
-Female and Non-Binary Founders, Co-Founders, CMO and COO of Web3 startups Nomad, Mintgate, Cell Protocol, Mysterious, Clutch, Carret

Currently, the virtual aspect of the conference is fully planned out. Please visit our website to see the full list of speakers and schedule (Web3 Inclusivity). We already have 300+ followers on Twitter and 350+ registrations for the conference. Our goal is to have 500 virtual and 500 IRL attendees that are primarily women, non-binary, and POCs, and our team is pushing out the final marketing effects to reach this goal.

Success Metrics
1,000+ attendees from April 29 - May 1
-500+ virtual conference attendees
-500+ SF IRL attendees
85% of registrants and attendees are women, non-binary, POC individuals
20,000+ impressions on social media

Ideally, we would love to feature Harmony as our main sponsor as our only other sponsor currently is Bain Capital Ventures (they are only providing the venue for our NYC IRL event)

Sponsorship Benefits

  • Presentation at the virtual Opening ceremony (April 29th 9am-9:30am) and/or Closing ceremony (April 20th 2:30pm-3:00pm)
  • Virtual workshop (April 29th 2:00pm-2:30pm and/or April 30th 2:30pm-3:00pm)
  • Booth at every IRL event in San Francisco
  • Emails of all attendees (virtual and IRL)
  • Harmony spotlight and logo added to the website
  • Harmony marketed on all associated social media and event pages (Twitter banner, SF event invitation banners, watermark on all photos captured at events, tagged on all content posted on social media, name mentioned in press, etc.)

We want to create a partnership because we know Harmony values diversity and equity, and we want to introduce more women, non-binary, and POC developers to this ecosystem. Whether this looks like hiring new Harmony developers, creating new job opportunities for Harmony partners, obtaining new attendees for weekly TGIs, or simply increasing brand awareness for Harmony as the leading blockchain with active efforts to decrease barriers to entry to Web3 for these marginalized groups, we believe there is an inherent synergy between Harmony’s mission and the Inclusivity Summit’s mission.
