Cannot claim rewards with Ledger Nano S hardware wallet

When I go to the staking site and try to claim the reward tokens using the Ledger Nano S hardware wallet sign in fails. This seems like repeating trend, using the latest Chrome browser latest harmony one app on Ledger.

nano ledger has the latest firmware as well

Does anybody have a fix???

First, make sure your Ledger firmware and the staking app (like Solana, Ethereum, etc.) are fully updated and the correct app is open during the transaction. If the issue persists, try using a different browser, clear cache, and reconnect your Ledger through Ledger Live to reauthorize the staking site connection.

Hi,
I have the latest Ledger firmware, the latest Harmony app on the Ledger, I have tried with latest chrome browser in incoginito mode, cache cleared mode, Opera Browser and seem problem. I have Ethereum, Bitcoin and harmony app on ledger all updated.
I still have the same problem. Can somebody help?

[ LEDGER SUPPORT ]

"You install it from within Ledger Live just like all Ledger apps… The app itself doesn’t support any Ledger Live features like adding accounts, sending, receiving, seeing a balance, etc.

It works the same as it always has.

  1. Install the Harmony app on your Ledger – NOTE → You must also have the Ethereum app installed
  2. Go to the staking site
  3. Open the Harmony app on your Ledger and make sure you have enabled the Blind Signing option in the app settings
  4. Log in choosing the Ledger option
  5. Continue with your usual steps to access your staking info, claim rewards, stake, choose validators etc."

All of this was done by me several times and it does not work. The issue is with the staking.harmony.one site which needs to be fixed for this to work. @Harmony-Dev Please fix the staking site so it work for Ledger Nano s based signing

I have tried all of these several times and It does not work. Do you folks have with the staking.harmony.one site. The ledger support folks said the same thing, that the issue is with harmony staking site
