Hello, I have used my Ledger NANO (daily) for years for storage and staking. Today, 09/16/2024 I cannot claim or re-stake my rewards using my Ledger. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a problem? I generally re-stake once or twice a day, I’ve never had this issue. Thanks community.

I undelegated one single coin and after that the issue was fixed, I was able to claim my rewards and re-stake.

I am running into a similar problem. I am unable to transfer my ONE to my Ledger and have completed the above? What other options do I have. It is not ‘seeing’ the ledger and just showing the "please verify and sign the transaction. Additionaly, the transfer process refers to a dapp? What dapp? Your app has been depregated ?

The ledger is fixed but the staking site is not yet updated, we are waiting for them to update that and make an announcement. Stay tuned.

If you haven’t updated they re-enabled the site for those ledgers.
If you already updated, people allegedly had it work this morning but that is unconfirmed still as harmony hasn’t posted yet.

No good. Still not working…
Still doesn’t work… Ledger doesn’t connect to staking page when trying to claim rewards.
Has anything else changed? What is the correct URL for the staking page?

My coins and rewards are there but Ledger cannot connect…

Is there any other wat to deal with this?

It works fine, update the ETH & Harmony apps, and enable blind signing.
