Aurora House

Goal:

Aurora House aims to foster a co-living space and community of hackers, builders and creators who work on fun passion projects, startups and go on adventures together around the city! We want to encourage our hackers to build + collaborate on projects and connect with other visionaries.

We are looking for a one time $10,000 sponsorship to subsidize the housing for 8 talented startup founders, designers and web3 developers. We have a combined reach of over 150+ innovators in the city through our hacker house collective community.

Benefits:

  • We have a 150+ network of GenZ talent in web3 + VC + startup space and will expand Harmony’s reach to a younger audience

  • We will the brand the house as ‘Company x AuroraHouse’ during our sponsored events (usually 100+ people)

  • We will host joint events with other SF hacker houses to encourage a energetic collective of coliving houses. This will create access and a network to other hacker houses such as:

  • We will build out smart contracts on the Harmony chain to deploy Aurora House governance infrastructure through an NFT passport with access to:

    • joint SF hacker house collective events
    • Aurora House events such as:
      • intimate dinners
      • happy hours + networking events
      • hackathons
      • women in tech events

  • We will create innovative projects on Harmony such as a decentralized Partiful where whitelisted members are airdropped tokens (bronze, silver, or gold) with access to Aurora House events

  • We will create social media content to strengthen community building on TikTok + Twitter + Telegram

$10,000 sponsorship to significantly subsidize housing for hackers building on Harmony and to host events with other hacker houses in SF.
