Instamint
Proposal overview
Instamint is for B2B NFTs what Stripe is for payments and web2 bridge into web3 via APIs for enterprises and platforms. In 10 years time all B2B commerce will occur via NFTs and Instamint will the APIs used by enterprises to mint, manage, transfer, fractionalize, stake and pay royalties on sophisticated NFT structures across a range of asset classes like munis, credit default swap, images, videos, badges, real estate leases, DAOs, etc. We are post-MVP stage and have minted for a small client Christmas even with a growing pipeline. Our API suite consists of 3 sets: 1. Meta - which is to mint and manage NFTs on any chain, 2. Disburse - Sophisticated royalties and auction management and 3. Yield - NFT lending and collateral. All 3 are web2 APIs that make it easy to build new apps or integrate existing enterprise world into web3.
We are in production with a limited version running on Ethereum. We are expanding this functionality and would like to add ability to mint to Harmony.
- Understand and build internal competency around FlyClient, Bridge and Harmony,
- Flesh out use of Harmony in cross-chain interop i.e. BSC fo r NFTs,
- Update Instamint API to provide option of minting NFTs on Harmony
- Port, where necessary, various asset classes archectypes to be compatible with Harmony and supported cross-chains
- Update B2B dashboard to track assets minted on Harmony via Instamint
- Bring on board at least one customer that uses Instamint to manage NFTs on Harmony / FlyClient

Milestone 1 | Meta API to testnet

Identify node hosting or host own Harmony node
Research and understand FlyClient, Bridge and Harmony EVM, hire 2 developers
Roll out of Meta API service with the option to mint to Harmony testnet on ERC721 and ERC1155. The Meta API allows for minting a token via an API on the Harmony chain.
Timeline: 30 Days
Milestone 2 | Meta API to mainnet

Roll out of Meta API to Harmony mainnet for at least an ERC721, ERC1155 and possibly a DAO contract
Update Disburse API for auction engine to take into consideration Harmony
Update of developer documentation,

Milestone 3 | Update to analytics

Allow images, stitched images (NxN), badges and additional metadata types describing assets to be minted
Drive basic NFT analytics to client dashboard called Console, allowing enterprise clients to see Harmony NFT inventory and basic metrics (i.e. time on market)
Timeline: 30 Days
Bonus: We are working on a concept called “Designer” which allows clients to define schema of a custom asset i.e. JSON schema and then use that schema against metadata deployed to IPFS for NFTs. We are also looking into ACTUS taxonomy (https://www.actusfrf.org/) and may incorporate some of this in milestone 3.
