Proposal overview
Project Prodigy aims to be the place where e-Sports and NFT / harmony meet.
We are planning on building a world class e-sports organization with NFT holders as members of the club and part of the driving force of the organization. Club members will have a voice, vote and influence in the organization. As a collective we can build something extraordinary. Just imagine a whole community full of ideas and innovative plans, helping to scout talented players and helping to develop those players into potential superstars. As community members vote on who to sign, what tournaments to enter and who to challenge to an exhibition match to name a few potential examples.
One of our main aims for our NFTs is giving them utility. So by owning a Prodigies NFT you become a member of the club and gain access to our platform. By being a member you get IRL (in real life) utility by being able to vote for the direction the club is going to follow, for example voting for who to put on the roster for the next tournament.
By keeping members engaged, building passion towards our organization and growing the organization we can build something massive. Imagine having the ability to help steer your own club in a certain direction, giving fans an unprecedented experience into an organization. The bigger and more mainstream the organization gets the more value the NFTS should have, as new members want to join and become fans of the organization. With utility for different aspects of the organization, from entering tournaments as an NFT holder to being able to try out as a player, this is a few examples of what is being planned.

E-sports Is one of the fastest growing entertainment and sports sectors in the world with the potential for an organization to reach millions. By building on the Harmony Network we can reach a massive market of potentially new users.
Targeting the gaming, streaming and e-sports industry we will build a big following and showing them the way to HARMONY.

We are applying for a $50 000-00 grant and help with product development, fundraising and talent recruit.
Metrics for success
$10K after launching a feature-complete product on our testnet
$10K after forming a DAO with 5-out-of-9 multisig with our DAOs
$10K after launching on our mainnet with audit
$10K after 1K daily active users (with launch video, full PR promotion)
$10K after 10k daily active users (with a detailed roadmap, governance process)
We will be aiming for these metrics as well as our own set targets
