Introduction
We saw a massive boom in the NFT space last year. NFTs or Non-Fungible Tokens can be art, music, collectibles, games, almost everything. Due to the unique characteristics and use cases of NFTs including non-fungibility, traceability, ease of transfer, etc. the NFT market as a whole has gained a lot of popularity and traction; bringing a new wave of users to the Crypto space as well. Other reasons that contribute to the success of NFTs include the wave of digitalization and technology getting more accessible and cheaper. People opt to do things more digitally rather than physically now and are spending more time in online environments- from gaming to living virtually in a Metaverse. With the changing behaviour of consumers, they are getting attracted to digital assets more than ever and are investing in their digital lives as much as their physical ones. The use cases for NFTs are infinite and we can expect better and more uses to come up in the future.
From the food and beverage giant Pepsi, biggest of the sporting events like the Australian Open to the apparel conglomerate Adidas; we have seen some of the most elite brands and organizations already starting to experiment with NFTs. We also saw the likes of Visa buying CryptoPunk #7610 for $150,000 signalling their support for people involved in the NFT Market. The last year also witnessed a massive influx of user base in Blockchain Gaming which was strongly backed by the Play2Earn model and NFTs. Games like Axie Infinity witnessed a big surge in popularity especially in developing countries where it served as a means of income for a lot of people during the dire times of COVID-19.
Furthermore, we have witnessed NFTs being a primary driver in bringing more traction to a lot of blockchains such as Ethereum, Solana, Tezos, etc. clearly suggesting that any blockchain platform cannot ignore NFTs. Upon searching about Harmony NFT Ecosystem, e.g. on YouTube, we found out that there are very few videos and very little information on the web which makes it a problem for new users to get familiar and learn about the ecosystem. We identified this as a very critical problem for the ecosystem to flourish as this acts as an entry barrier for the users, especially newbies which results in low traffic and often attracts fewer creators as well. We strongly believe in what Stephen Tse, Founder of Harmony had said about NFT being a possible factor in bringing the next 10 million users to the Harmony ecosystem and want to work and contribute towards the same goal. We believe this is only the initiation of something immense and we want to raise awareness among the masses and guide them to be part of this revolution while strengthening the Harmony ecosystem and community by bringing more creators as well as collectors.

- Awareness of Harmony NFT ecosystem among NFT enthusiasts, collectors, users, projects and reaching out to the target audience
- Organic growth of the community by engaging with users by spreading knowledge about projects that exist in the ecosystem and also providing information about developmental resources
- Social media engagement about Harmony NFT ecosystem by collaborating with influencers, preparing infographics, informational threads, articles, discussions on forums, videos, etc.
- Global outreach by making YouTube videos with creators targetting different demographics and arranging competitions on Discord, Twitter, Telegram to attract buyers, users, creators, enthusiasts, and independent artists
- Creating a website where users can get all the information they require about the ecosystem to get started and also get details about existing and upcoming projects with space for advertising of projects
- Collaborations with existing projects, Harmony Family DAOs, established crypto/NFT communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, etc. for education, guidance, and engagement.

Angie Gott
Angie is a social media & stakeholder relationship advisor who has worked with several projects since 2015. Angie works on engaging communities with her kindness & humour! With 20 years experience as a Business Analyst & Government Recruitment Officer, Angie brings experience and enthusiasm to our team.
Angie has worked in marketing for Quantum Economics Finance, Playermon (P2E), PolkaBridge (AMM), Galaxy Heroes Coin. And she continues to support several other projects in the NFT & DeFi space.
Swapnil Kasar
Swapnil K has been actively Trading, Educating and working as a consultant in Blockchain and Crypto space since 2015. He is a professional trader and a funds manager for self and some of his clients in crypto markets. Swapnil’s experience in crypto includes co-founding the company Emutron Technologies which offered products like Commercial Mining hashrate contracts and Investment opportunities in cryptocurrencies. He has also worked as a Crypto consultant for many software companies.
Furthermore, Swapnil is a creator at heart. He has his own YouTube channel called Cryptopreneur which has been training people in Basics of Crypto and Technical Analysis since 2017. Has a Crypto community of 10k Traders and 25k followers.
Sagar Amale
Sagar is a Visual designer who has worked with diverse Web3 and DeFi projects since 2018. From working on the branding from scratch to creating a whole DApp experience for leading DeFi projects, Sagar has a knack for building beautiful design experiences with the right mix of creativity, understanding of users, and grasp of Web3 business use cases. With 12 years of designing experience, Sagar brings in-depth knowledge of all things design and expertise to get the design right. Sagar’s portfolio includes working with crypto projects like: Bitclave | OOKI | Domani | Gaj Finance | Taksh | NearPad | Ruby Exchange.
Gerald Votta
After a degree in Political Science from West Chester University, Pennsylvania, Gerald has been studying and working in cryptocurrencies since 2016. His specialities in the field are Global Macro Crypto trends, GameFi research, etc. He has a natural affinity for technology and programming and is constantly testing everything from, DeFi applications to programming bots.
Sushil Nankar
Sushil is a software developer by profession and is in the crypto space since 2016. He is also a founder of a crypto community with over 10k members where people in crypto space come together to share ideas, opinions, update themselves on the latest crypto news, participate in contests, attend live events, etc. which has gained him a great experience in community building and management. Sushil has a demonstrated experience in handling textual as well as voice based AMA events because his good communication skills, including an AMA session with Mr. Sahil Dewan of Harmony One. Sushil is always curious to learn new things and loves to meet new people from different walks of life.
Abdul Salman
Abdul joined the corporate world as a Business Consultant and has worked in the Demand and Supply Planning field. He realised his passion for sales and marketing when he joined his family business. Abdul is very energetic, has a problem-solving attitude and has commanded the skills of negotiation, communication, analysis, and leadership. Abdul developed a keen interest in blockchain technology in his early college days and soon entered the ever expanding space as an investor. He is more of a long-term investor than a short-term trader. During his spare time, he is often found reading, researching, or expressing his thoughts through writing. He follows the ideology of taking the initiative and getting the work done.
Biplav S.
Biplav is a Chartered Accountant and has been working in Taxation field since 2017. He is an NFT enthusiast and he has been working as a Community Manager in several NFT projects on WAX Blockchain. He works with passion, dedication and with his friendly behaviour he helps and mentors new users to get into the space. He continues to support several other projects in NFT and Metaverse space.
He is an active Blockchain gamer and plays multiple play to earn games. He is the Founder of Discord server “NFTs Corner” where he shares his research and observations by analysing whitepapers and economic perspective of P2E game projects. He is a firm believer of utility based NFTs, claiming that the actual wave of metaverse is yet to kick in and you might soon find him mining or farming somewhere in the metaverse in the coming future.
Deepak Mishra
Deepak is a Computer Science graduate from KMC College, Mumbai. He has been in the crypto space for 2 years now. He is known as a keen observer and a person who always wants to do more by the people that know him.
Deepak has experience in community building, management and digital marketing. He is a community manager for Metamon P2E game Discord server and ambassador for multiple projects like NEAR, OFP, etc.
Kshitiz Gupta
Graduated in Business Administration, Kshitiz has been building sustainable and environmental-friendly products in the packaging industry; possess experience in client negotiations, vendor management, executive management.
He is a big time tech enthusiast fascinated by blockchain technology and the endless applications of it like security, traceability, NFTs, etc. Kshitiz has good research skills and always ready to provide information to people because of his helpful nature and excellent communication skills.

- Growth of Telegram and Twitter with the goal of a minimum of 500 members and 1000 followers respectively

- Posting 3 promotional videos in collaboration with established creators
- Hosting 3 Interactive and educative online events (Discord, Telegram, and Twitter) to educate the audience about the ecosystem
- Bimonthly meeting with moderators to discuss issues and areas to work for
- HNH website deployment
- Partial release of NFT Education series based on Harmony ecosystem
- Hosting of first major competition to get more creators, enthusiasts, collectors, and collections onboard
- Marketing for the final competition begins once the winner of the first competition is declared.

Proposal ask

Based on the recommendation by Harmony Team on the forum, we have recruited 9 governors, defined the deliverables and metrics for the first 3 months, and will be following these rules:
3-month election terms, retroactive peer bonus and performance feedback, 80% passing votes, and openly tracking timesheets and deliverables for each member.
The salary structure of governors will be as per the recommendation ($75 to $350 per hour as the self-assessed salary). We expect salaries to be distributed weekly, depending on the weekly timesheets shared by us.
Metrics for success
